Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Turnaround Admin in the Oil and Gas Sector in Calgary, Alberta.Total rewards: $25.00 - $35.00 hourly. 3 months of contract position. 5 days on / 2 days off.A typical day:Acts as administrative assistant performing full range of secretarial services for a defined work group.May compose/type correspondence, screen phone calls, schedule appointments, meetings & travel.Expedites & organizes flow of work through manager/supervisor's office.May also have responsibility for a specific administrative function, e.G. coding invoices, sales reports or other administrative duties within defined limits.Solves most problems independently based on precedents, procedures,
