We are seeking a agile Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliances, and project accounting for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TDS, GST, RERA norms Real estate, NGO experience preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance ManagementMaintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.Finalize accounts and prepare periodic financial statements.Liaise with internal and statutory auditors for audit processes.TDS & GST ComplianceManage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings (26Q, 26QB, Etc.).Apply appropriate TDS rates under Old and New tax regimes.Handle GST computation, input credit, return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, Etc.).Manage GST on project collections, advances,



and RCM-related transactions.RERA Compliance SupportManage project funds in compliance with RERA.Assist in documentation and fund withdrawals based on project progress.Support quarterly and annual RERA reporting requirements.Project/Unit AccountingCalculate unit costing based on carpet, built-up, and super built-up areas.Support tax computation and invoicing for unit sales.Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Legal teams for project-related accounting.General AccountingProcess vendor and contractor bills.Conduct
