Shape young minds at Académie Montessori Brossard as a full-time Early Childhood Educator. Guide children aged 6 months to 6 years through Montessori-inspired learning in a nurturing and safe environment.
In this full-time, on-site role based in Brossard, QC, you will plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities focusing on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your responsibilities include supervising play, maintaining a welcoming classroom, and documenting children's progress. Collaborate with families and colleagues to cultivate a supportive atmosphere for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan Montessori-inspired educational activities for children
• Maintain a secure and organized classroom environment
• Assist with meals, naps,
and hygiene routines
• Observe and document children's developmental progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Requirements:
• Experience with children aged 0-5 in early childhood education
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or French
• DEC, ECE, or Montessori certification (preferred)
• First Aid/CPR training
• Successful completion of background checks
Deliver positive educational experiences and promote growth in a supportive, engaging daycare setting.
