Language reviews are performed on various outputs, including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and other electronic mediums such as PDF. The bilingual editor is required to provide accurate style and language markups within budget and deadline constraints and author these changes in XML‑formatted technical manuals.The successful candidate will receive one‑on‑one training covering style guides, language‑specific guidance, content management system user training, authoring software training (XML), and Trados Studio. Prior experience in these systems is an asset, but training will be provided.Required QualificationsUniversity degree, honours or higher, in a French language degree, preferably French translation or a related fieldExcellent communication, organization and prioritization skillsComfortable working independently in a fast‑paced team environmentWillingness to learn technical skills as part of a highly skilled teamAn openness to learn something new every dayPreferred QualificationsWorking experience in English editing, French editing, copy editing, proofreading and/or a related disciplineWorking knowledge of an additional language,

The base salary hiring range for this position is $56,000 to $70,000 per year. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress through the full salary range based on performance. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include additional components of our total compensation package, such as our incentive award program and other rewards like health advantages, employee profit‑sharing, retirement savings, and more.
