This position is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, relationship builder, and motivated professional who enjoys both property operations and business development.A valid CMRAO General License is required.Position OverviewThe Condominium Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned condominium communities, working closely with Boards of Directors, residents, contractors, and internal staff. The successful candidate will manage property operations, financial performance, maintenance coordination, and client relationships while also supporting company growth initiatives.A key component of this role will be assisting with the acquisition of current condominium management contracts. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with networking, building industry relationships, reaching out to potential clients, cold calling, attending meetings, and identifying opportunities to grow our portfolio.Qualifications & RequirementsCMRAO General License (Required)Minimum 3 years of condominium or residential property management experienceStrong knowledge of the Condominium Management Services Act (CMSA) and related legislationProven ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and prioritiesStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service and relationship management abilitiesComfortable communicating with Boards, owners, residents, vendors, and prospective clientsBasic Sales And Business Development Experience RequiredAbility and confidence to prospect, cold call, network, and generate new business opportunitiesExperience preparing proposals, presentations,
