Manage Data Governance roadmap and delivery initiativesGather and document business requirementsCreate and prioritize epics, features, and user storiesLead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery teamsEngage stakeholders across business and technology groupsMonitor project risks, dependencies, and progressDevelop executive presentations, status reports, and business casesDrive governance adoption, training, and change management activitiesTrack KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realizationCoordinate programs, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activitiesPresent and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Bachelor’s degree in business required8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management requiredStrong Program/Product Management experience with Agile delivery methodologies business acumen should be thereData Governance expertise, including metadata management, data quality, lineage, data access, governance controls, and regulatory complianceExperience working with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Azure, Informatica IDMC, Power BI, JIRA, and related analytics toolsExperience developing governance operating models and business casesCertifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies, or Product ManagementBackground screening is required as part of the onboarding process.
