This is a hands‑on operational leadership role supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and sales coordination. The position offers strong long‑term growth potential and exposure across all areas of the business, with the prospect to grow into a full Operations Manager role over time.What You’ll Be Doing:Support daily warehouse, inventory, logistics, procurement, and sales operationsCoordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activitiesMonitor inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and replenishment planningAssist with logistics scheduling and distribution coordinationSupport customer orders, operational follow‑ups, and internal communicationIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost controlAssist with SOP implementation and operational complianceOversee warehouse, facility, and company vehicle maintenanceLead monthly JHSC meetings and maintain health & safety documentationDevelop knowledge of MTO, CFIA,
