Job DescriptionAs a Lead Engineering Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in supporting our EFAB (Electronic Fabrication) business unit in Mississauga. You will lead a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our EFAB business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engineering processes. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEDiploma from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering,



mathematicsMinimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or a related roleStrong technical skills in mechanical systems and componentsExperience leading a team of techniciansExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced environmentWE VALUEDegree in Engineering or a related fieldExperience with CAD software and other engineering toolsKnowledge of industry standards and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong ability to read fabrication drawings.The annual base salary for this position starts at $63,600.
