Summary of the roleThe Finance and Tax (F&T) Transformation and Continuous Project Manager will manage a portfolio of Finance and Tax process/tool optimization projects under the supervision of the local team leader to support you in this effort. (S)he will contribute to the F&T digital community.Main requirements / skills for the roleFinance Transformation projects: Project management and planification, as is analysis / finance processes review & diagnostic. Target operating model definition, implementation & monitoring.Digital projects (PowerBI & Alteryx): automation and streamlining of Finance processes (Requirements formalization, Process Review, automation development, UAT, implementation).Main responsibilitiesManagement of Transformation / Continuous Improvement / Digital projects, where Finance processes are being optimized & streamlined.Animate Internal Finance projects, where various Finance teams need to be coordinated to reach an internal goal (organization topics, internal requests from the Group, internal requests from the CFO executive committee).The Finance Transformation project manager will coordinate with Fresh/IT and internal stakeholders across F&T to ensure on-time quality delivery of the project portfolio.Project management approachWith autonomy establish and conduct meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, project roles, status updates, track open issues,



and work with all groups and clients to resolve issues as required.Scope projects and develop Implementation Project PlansIdentify risks and develops risk mitigation plans.Develop measurable project goals and objectives and monitor progress toward achievement.Drive implementation consistency and quality through execution of project management best practices.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project qualityDevelop detailed project plans including documentation, testing and executing protocol, tasks, budgets, timelines, and status metrics.Key skills and qualificationsMinimum 8 years of related experience, preferably within Financial Services Industries in international environmentsGood knowledge of Project Management processes and workflow (PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus)Strong knowledge and significant experience with digital tools: data analytics and visualization tool (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)Digital and Continuous Improvement Mindset / ExperienceExcellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or seniority levels.Ability to effectively work with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsUniversity degree in Finance/AccountingProject Management/ Consulting profileStrong interest in current technologies (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, AI, Machine Learning...)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionProject ManagementIndustriesBankingLocation: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)Salary: CA$70,000.00–CA$85,000.00
