The role involves building relationships with property managers, building owners, and owner representatives to design and implement complex technology solutions, collaborating closely with operations teams, and managing projects through completion.ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture professional customer relationships through excellent service.Speak with enthusiasm about innovative technical solutions and learn to sell them.Use technology tools such as our CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.Apply solution-selling methodologies, such as Sandler, to guide conversations.Collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders.Navigate a longer sales cycle (average 1–2 years) while maintaining a steady pipeline.Collaborate with operations teams and manage projects until completion.Qualifications4+ years of sales experience,
