This is a hybrid role requiring 1 to 2 days a week at our office located in Downtown, Toronto. ABOUT THE ROLE TripArc's travel booking platforms are used every day by thousands of travel professionals to plan, price, book, and manage trips for their clients. We're re-envisioning them as a single AI-powered platform. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager for Trip Management, which covers everything after a client says yes. You'll own our new payments, booking, invoicing, and accounting systems, set the goals for the area, and decide what we build next to reach them. Because these systems are recent, we don't have to copy how travel payments have always worked. You'll decide where AI belongs in the product, and you'll know payments well enough to tell where the numbers have to be exact. You’ll report to the Group Product Manager for Trip Management and work with a dedicated team of engineers, QA, UX, and delivery.
