Job Category: Laboratory and Phlebotomy – Job Posting ID: 8619Employment Status: Regular part‑time (NSGEU 42)Anticipated Start Date: 2026‑05‑19Number of Positions: 2Salary/Rate of Pay: $26.07 per hourResponsibilitiesPerform phlebotomy as part of the collection process in accordance with health and safety standards.Interact face‑to‑face with donors, team members, and volunteers, providing protected and quality service throughout each stage of the collection process.Conduct registration and confidential screening to determine donor eligibility and promote a positive donor experience.Ensure safe processing and handling of blood products while respecting donor privacy.Perform venipuncture according to established standards, monitor donors for safety and comfort, and provide post‑donation care and instruction.Ensure accuracy of product information in the computer system, label products correctly, and prepare products as required.Drive continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting best practices that enhance processes and elevate the donor experience.Assist in setting up booths, tables,
