Job SummaryAs a Dispatchable Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for our customers from a variety of industries. This mission‑critical role involves working on technologies such as ultrafiltration (UF) and, to a lesser extent, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de‑oxygenation, and electro deionization.Key CharacteristicsConduct maintenance and calibration activities on plant instrumentationConsult with customer management and operation teamsEnsure contract compliance of volume and quality specificationsMonitor and optimize equipment performanceInstall and maintain UF membrane configurationsProvide mechanical know‑how and problem‑solving skillsDuties & ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, process, and controls issues on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, blowers, instrumentation, chemical injection systems, and automation hardwareCreate and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performedMaintain inventory of spare parts and an adequate supply of chemicals and replacement partsMonitor and maintain chemical injection systemsPerform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO₂, O₂, SDI, TOC,
