Full-Service Automotive Service Advisor, Rocky Mountain HouseRocky Mountain Dodge | Service Advisor | Opened on 09/22/2026 | Pay rate: $60000-75000 per yearExperienced Automotive Service Advisor – ROCKY MOUNTAIN HOUSE,Rocky Mountain Dodge is looking for an experienced, Full-Service Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service team.If you've worked the Service counter before, you already know the drill — the phone is ringing, a technician needs an answer, a customer wants an update, an estimate needs approval, and somehow three things become urgent at the same time.We're looking for someone who can keep all of that moving while still giving customers a excellent experience.This is a F ull-Service Advisor position, so previous experience managing repair orders from start to finish is required. You should also have a strong foundational understanding of manufacturer and aftermarket automotive warranties — what's covered, what may not be, and how to communicate that clearly to a customer.What You'll Be DoingWriting and managing repair orders from open to closeListening to customers and accurately documenting their concernsReviewing service history and identifying maintenance needsPreparing estimates and getting proper authorization before work beginsCommunicating technician findings and recommendations in plain languageHelping customers understand warranty coverage, repairs and costsKeeping customers updated — even when the update is simply that we're still waitingWorking closely with technicians, Parts, Warranty and Service ManagementKeeping an eye on your ROs and helping work move through the shopReviewing completed work and invoices for accuracyHandling customer concerns professionally when things don't go exactly as plannedMaintaining accurate documentation and following AMVIC, dealership and manufacturer requirementsBuilding relationships with customers so they feel comfortable coming backAnd, like most dealership positions,



there will occasionally be something that falls outside the bullet points.This isn't intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties.What We're Looking ForPrevious full-service Automotive Service Advisor experience is requiredChrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram dealership experience is preferredExperience with PBS is a definite plus; experience with anotherautomotive DMS is also valuableA solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processesFoundational knowledge of manufacturer and aftermarket warrantiesStrong communication and customer service skillsGood attention to detail — especially when it comes to ROs, estimates and authorizationsSomeone who can prioritize and stay organized when the day gets busyComfortable having the occasional difficult conversation with a customerMore than basic computer skillsValid driver's licenseThe ScheduleThis is a full-time position .Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.M.–5:00 p.M.Saturday: 9:00 a.M.–4:00 p.M.The schedule includes alternating Saturdays with an alternate Monday off.
