or coordination experience is considered a robust asset The ability to confidently “take control” of scheduling situations and help customers commit to timelines The Right Person Is… Proactive instead of reactive Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts at once Able to think ahead and prevent problems before they happen Friendly and professional, but also assertive when necessary Motivated by being part of a growing company with high standards Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating and scheduling hot tub deliveries and installations Calling customers to confirm delivery details and ensure they are prepared for installation day Using checklists to gather all required information before deliveries Communicating daily with delivery crews and helping manage schedules efficiently Managing and maintaining the company-wide stock list and inventory tracking Registering warranties through manufacturer portals Sending and managing electronic documents/signatures Handling minor customer service or delivery issues professionally and confidently Keeping delivery routes and schedules efficient to control labour hours and maximize productivity Working with programs such as Google Suite, Jobber, Shopify, and electronic signature software #J-18808-Ljbffr
