Role OverviewLocation: Mississauga, Ontario – Hybrid (4 days/week in office)Employment Type: Full‑TimeThe Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales across a portfolio of low‑rise communities and multi‑storey developments. Working closely with the Marketing Managers and cross‑functional teams, this role ensures the timely delivery of campaigns, marketing materials, and sales tools that contribute to successful community launches and ongoing sales performance.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and on‑site channelsMaintain and track campaign schedules, timelines, and deliverables for multiple communitiesSupport community launches, including pre‑launch, grand openings, and promotional events, and ensure internal alignmentEnsure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to brand standardsAssist in the production of marketing materials such as:Brochures, floorplans, and feature sheetsDigital assets (ads, emails, website content)Signage and sales centre materialsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (creative agencies, printers, signage providers)Assist with website updates, ensuring content is accurate and up to dateManage revisions, approvals, and final production of assetsSupport the coordination of events and initiatives that drive traffic to communitiesMaintain marketing trackers and project status updatesProvide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team across multiple communitiesAssist with preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholdersCoordinate with central marketing and external vendors/agencies to execute marketing deliverablesProcess purchase orders, track invoices, and assist with budget managementProvide general administrative support,



including meeting scheduling and expense administrationWhat You’ll BringEntry‑level candidates or individuals with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or administrative support, with an interest in building a career in the fieldPost‑secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or marketing platformsExecution & Organization: Solid ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlinesAttention to Detail: Ensures accuracy across all materials and communicationsCollaboration: Works effectively with Marketing, Sales, Development, and external partnersCommunication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skillsLearning Agility: Eagerness to develop knowledge of new home construction and buyer journeyBonus PointsExperience in real estate, new home construction, or related industryCompensationThe expected base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $65,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job‑related knowledge, competencies, and skills.
