design and price solutions to meet those requirements while understanding both the risks and opportunities as it pertains to your solutionHave the ability to develop, contribute or oversee the creation and delivery of Solution Briefs, Solution Design, Functional Specification, Testing & Commissioning and As-Built documentationOur Ideal Candidate HasA minimum of 10+ years of practical experience in both application development & information systemsComputer Science or Software Engineering post-secondary degree or applicableThorough understanding of enterprise data and systems integrationUnderstanding of wired/wireless networks, virtual machines, physical and virtual storage systems, RTLS, Unified Communications systemsUnderstanding of base building systems such as; CCTV, Access Control, Elevator, Lighting Control, Metering, Life Safety, Electrical, Mechanical etc.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Operating Systems, software development, standards, API’s and programming languages such as:REST/JSON/SOAP/XML/JDBCHL7, XDSJava Script, HTML, HTTP/HTTPS, JSPi Os and AndroidAIX, Windows, Linux etc.MODBUS, BACnet, TCP/IPDigital TwinDemonstrate knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Thorough understanding and experience in cloud based solutions such as Azure,
