This role serves as the primary production support contact for Trading, Sales, and Operations users, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, business support, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced trading environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of escalation for production incidents impacting the Equity platform.Investigate and resolve issues within SLA requirements while providing clear communication to stakeholders and Front Office Trading teams.Support traders, sales, and operations users with day-to-day requests, including data investigations, configuration updates, and workflow analysis.Proactively monitor platform health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.Maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational tooling supporting business-critical functions.Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and partner with development and infrastructure teams to implement permanent solutions.Collaborate with global support teams across regions to ensure effective follow-the-sun coverage.Contribute to automation initiatives, scripting, CI/CD activities, and operational efficiency improvements.Leverage AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and support effectiveness.Required Experience5+ years of Application Support, Production Support, IT Operations,
