Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Tax Manager to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities:Lead and manage M&A; tax engagements including buy side tax due diligence, deal structuring, sell side engagements (including tax gross up calculations), and post-transaction supportAdvise clients or internal stakeholders on tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and related transactionsPerform technical research and analysis on a wide range of M&A; tax issues including Section 382, consolidated returns, partnership/LLC matters, and Section 1202Review and assess financial and tax data to identify risks, exposures, and opportunities during due diligence processesCollaborate with corporate development, legal, finance, and external advisors throughout the deal processSupervise, coach,
