This role requires hands‑on experience in roofing, the ability to work at heights, and a robust commitment to safety.Key Responsibilities:Roofing Assistance:Support roofers in installing, repairing, and replacing roofs, including shingling, tarping, and waterproofingMaterial Handling:Load and unload roofing materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and distribute them to appropriate work areasSite Preparation:Prepare construction sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety barriers, and ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are ready for useClean‑Up:Assist in maintaining a clean and organized worksite, including the removal of debris and unused materialsSafety Compliance:Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
