Job DescriptionTHE COMPANYOverviewPala Interactive is looking for a Compliance Analyst to work in a compliance team to assist the full product & platform lifecycle – from ideation, design, functions, and delivery - to ensure compliance with municipal, provincial and federal laws/regulations. As a trusted supporting member of the Compliance Department, the Compliance Analyst is required to have in-depth knowledge of gaming-related regulations and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while advising on regulatory requirements.The Compliance Analyst will assist with the oversight of compliance and regulatory-related issues and support the Compliance team in ensuring all products and services from Pala meet compliance standards. This individual will be responsible for maintaining compliance-related documentation, policies, and procedures, and ensuring that compliance best practices are followed across all functions of the organization.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the review and implementation of Responsible Gaming & Anti-money Laundering (AML) activities and data for North American jurisdictions, including AML related regulatory submissionsAssist with the review and management of submission of regulatory reports for North American jurisdictionsCoordinate with clients for completion and submission of regulatory reportingCoordinate communications between Pala and gaming regulatorsCoordinate periodic assessments – platform certification, security assessments, internal audits, external audits, etc.Assist in the development, documentation and maintenance of compliance best practices and internal policiesBuild strong relationships with all teams,
