Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents at Vita & District Personal Care Home in Vita, MB. The role covers acute, transitional and personal care settings with a focus on patient-centered care and collaboration across teams.

The successful candidate will have CLPNM registration, BLS certification, and a valid Class 5 license, with willingness to travel within the region.
