Inside Sales Representative (Full-Time), Scarborough, ONThe Inside Sales Representative is an entry-level role responsible for supporting branch operations through customer service, warehouse, and sales support activities. The incumbent will develop product knowledge, operational expertise, and customer relationships while assisting with daily branch functions. Through training and hands-on experience, the successful candidate will progressively take on greater sales responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of the branch.Reports to:Branch ManagerDuties include:Assist customers in person, by phone, and electronically, ensuring a high standard of customer serviceDevelop and maintain robust relations with customers and vendorsIdentify opportunities to grow sales within assigned territory and support branch initiativesMaintain and expand existing customer base and sales volumesExecute daily branch functions related to sales, administration, and operationsWork collaboratively with branch personnel to support a team-oriented, customer-focused environmentSupport continuous improvement of product knowledge and internal systems/processesProactively identify and add current accounts to the customer basePerform general branch support duties, including warehouse responsibilities such as order picking, stocking, and inventory organization as requiredUphold company policies, procedures,



and operational standardsRequirements:1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience is considered an assetExcellent oral, written, and presentation communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needsStrong team-oriented mindset and ability to contribute to a positive, collaborative branch atmosphereAbility to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environmentPositive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to contributing to a solid branch cultureSelf-motivated with a strong drive for success and professional growthIDN-Canada offers a competitive salary and benefit package, monthly & yearly bonus opportunities, commissions, and a RSP program.Full-time position.
