About the roleThe Clinical Research Technician will work with Clinic teams to execute clinical trial activities. Responsibilities of the Clinical Research Technician include execution of tasks performed/clinical activities in compliance with study protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s.Please note that this is a variable status position.What you'll do hereEnsure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respectedUnderstand protocol driven timed study events and acceptable collection windows (protocol and/or SOP driven) for the timed eventsReport procedural deviations to appropriate supervisory team membersPreparation and proper clean-up of applicable work-stations (i.E. urine collection station, blood processing station, etc.)Maintain and advocate a high level of customer service, quality and safety within the departmentPerform clinical trial activities may include but not limited to, sample handling, safety measurements, oral IP administration, and questionnaire administrationConduct all clinical trial activities and participant interaction with a high standard of customer serviceReport significant participant misbehavior to Study/Clinical Operations management teamsProvide feedback, where necessary, to appropriate team members of study progressProactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managersComplete and/or maintain training as required per jobs needsOther tasks as assigned by managementWhat you'll need to succeedHigh School Diploma or/and Diploma related to the field of healthExcellent communication skills in French and EnglishKnowledge of another language an assetCustomer service focusedAble to work in fast-paced environmentAltasciences strives to provide a French working environment for its employees in Quebec.
