As a crucial part of the Learning Design Team at BTS, you will lead the visual direction for our self-paced digital learning solutions. This contract role requires 15-25 hours per week, with opportunities for remote work. You will visualize concepts and oversee the creation of storyboards, fostering collaboration among team members while maintaining client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user-centered e-learning visuals in Adobe Creative Suite
• Visualize complex concepts into engaging storyboards
• Lead collaborative efforts with learning experience designers




• Produce video content to enhance the learning experience
• Present work to clients and integrate their feedback
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in an Art Director role
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and UI/UX principles
• At least 1 year of client-facing experience
• Experience using AI tools in design
• Robust organizational and collaborative skills
