Position SummarySeeking a Regional Leader for Personal Insurance teams in Calgary/Airdrie on a permanent basis. The role focuses on leading a high‑engagement sales team, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experience. ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead a highly engaged Personal Insurance team. Drive regional growth and deliver outstanding customer experience. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies. Implement plans through managers’ talents and skills, fostering cross‑regional collaboration. Lead brand awareness and marketing initiatives in the territory. Recruit, staff, coach, and develop Personal Insurance managers; conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings and manage succession plans. Develop and execute Engagement Action Plans and keep staff informed of company objectives. Ensure quality of service meets expected standards; examine customer experience and implement improvement tools. Analyze and resolve service and sales issues, following up with clients on escalated matters. Maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners. Travel regularly within the region to meet managers and drive engagement.



QualificationsLeadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations. Proven track record of leading highly engaged teams across multiple locations. Experience managing teams in a hybrid environment. Solid understanding of customer needs (internal and external). Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills. College or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Experience managing projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to maximize organizational performance. Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $109,900 – $134,300 (based on a 35‑hour workweek). Annual bonus target of 15% with potential payout up to 200% based on performance. Additional benefit components include incentive plans, a share plan, Group RRSP with company matching, wellness accounts, and flexible work arrangements.
