and risk frameworks- Lead multidisciplinary project delivery teams- Facilitate client presentations and project reporting- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and consultants- Support current project pursuits and business development initiativesWhat We’re Looking For- Minimum 8 years of capital project management experience- Experience managing healthcare, long‑term care, or large residential construction projects- Experience representing owners or institutional clients- Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery models- Experience leading projects through planning, procurement, and construction phases- Experience managing consultants, contractors, and stakeholder teams- PMP, P.Eng., CET, or Registered Architect designation considered a strong assetCompensation & Work ModelBase Salary: $97,920 - $134,640 CAD. Performance‑based bonus opportunities available. Work Model: Hybrid.Location & TravelLocation: British Columbia (Lower Mainland).
