Clients are investing in digital technologies to enhance safety in high‑risk environments, achieve real‑time intelligence, optimize complex industrial operations and value chains, and maximise productivity.We are actively seeking a highly motivated and accomplished digital / technology professional with strong industry‑relevant experience to join our Digital team as Senior Consultant. The role reports to the Regional Director of North America (NA)



and is a core leadership position within the Digital Delivery Team.Functional TasksSupport, design and implement the Hatch Digital Delivery & Consulting strategy in alignment with our overall Digital business objectives and Hatch’s project‑management and governance standards.Take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of the Digital Delivery operating standards.Build and nurture a high‑performance team through leadership, guidance, and mentorship.Champion Hatch Digital Consulting offerings across North America and establish relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships.Initiate and implement project plan(s) collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, and governance.Lead and manage projects and integrated project teams, including owner teams and experts from the rest of the company.Manage, monitor, and support reporting of overall project health and risks, escalating issues when needed.Ensure project delivery risks are documented and mitigated with appropriate strategies.Steer projects to meet client expectations and objectives.Champion inclusion and diversity.Collaborate closely with the Digital solutions and product team or third‑party software vendors.Support the Digital Go‑to‑Market team to expand the Digital Consulting pipeline.Establish Hatch’s eminence in the market through conference presentations, industry forums, and publishing white papers and thought‑leadership articles.Maintain a target utilisation of 80%.Experience and Skills Important for the RoleBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or Business, Information Systems / Technology, or an equivalent combination; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is advantageous.Minimum 10 years of large‑scale capital delivery, project management, or management consulting experience in data‑centric delivery in North American markets.Proven industry experience in the mining & metals, energy,



or infrastructure / transit sectors and exposure to project management and/or operations and maintenance systems.In‑depth business acumen and functional/technical knowledge in these sectors with the ability to define and communicate business‑enabling technology visions.Solid functional knowledge in digital strategy & value creation, data environments, digital delivery ecosystems, digital readiness & transformation, and risk management.Experience with software platforms such as Azure, Databricks, SAP, Maximo, Hexagon EAM, Autodesk, Bentley, etc.Solid knowledge of project execution fundamentals including project controls, EPC processes, procurement, contracting, engineering management, and handover to operations.Strong client relationship management and business development skills.Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity.Strong problem‑solving skills.Motivating, coaching, and supportive leadership skills.Ability to grow consulting capacity in line with business performance drivers.Experience deploying end‑to‑end common data environments, information/data standards, and integrated CAPEX‑to‑OPEX solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex concepts.Proactive initiative and eagerness to create opportunities.Up‑to‑date with the latest digital trends and best practices.Good understanding of Industry 4.0 / 5.0 solutions such as Cloud and Edge Computing, Big Data Analytics, Digital Twins, ML/AI, ISO‑19650, ISO‑55000, etc.Innovative and results‑oriented, thriving in a complex and fast‑paced environment.Will undertake reasonable travel to client/project sites and conferences as required.CompensationBase salary range: $115,000 – $165,000.
