The Shop Foreman must exhibit drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results. While the pace of the work is faster than average, quality is never compromised. To be successful as the Shop Foreman you must have excellent leadership skills and experience delegating tasks to ensure that deadlines are met, and safety standards are adhered to.ResponsibilitiesSupervision of employees in a unionized environment including machine operators, fitters and welders,
