City of Windsor is seeking a Legal Counsel (Real Estate) to provide comprehensive legal services with a focus on real estate and corporate/commercial matters. You will represent the City in real estate transactions and support administration and council with timely, accurate legal opinions and documents.The role requires a JD/LLB and active status with the Law Society of Ontario, plus ability to travel and work with MS Office and legal research tools.
