We currently have aSite Operations Managerposition available in the Ashton, Ontario area.The Site Operations Manager position typically reports directly to the Division Manager, FMO or designate. This role focuses on operational execution, team leadership, and service excellence, ensuring all contractual obligations and client expectations are consistently met.ResponsibilitiesLead daily facility operations to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance, janitorial, security, and support servicesSupervise and develop onsite staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management; ensure service quality and compliance with established standards, KPIs, and client expectationsOversee building systems and maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and repairsManage health, safety, and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe work environment and meet all legal requirementsCoordinate and oversee vendors and subcontractors, ensuring performance,

The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package.
