Tilton is offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager. This role is responsible for maximizing sales and profitability within assigned accounts. The Account Manager will actively develop, lead, and manage a portfolio of prospective clients while driving the sales process through all stages of the sales cycleResponsibilities and Duties:Maintain and develop mutually beneficial business and personal relationships with existing and prospective clients.Establish trusted relationships with key accounts and client stakeholders.Negotiate contracts with clients and define performance timelines and expectations.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and various projects according to client needs and objectives.Monitor and analyze customers' product usage.Ensure that accounts receive services tailored to their specific needs.Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and identify current ways to improve business performance.Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance TILTON's value proposition.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop opportunities within the assigned territory.Demonstrate confidence and expertise by understanding our products and educating end users.Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.Prepare and present proposals to clients with the goal of establishing long-term partnerships.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Bilingual proficiency.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.3 to 5 years of prior sales experience.University degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field.Expertise and knowledge of the food industry.Strong analytical, planning, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate a passion for exceeding customer expectations.Availability for occasional travel to the head office.
