The Senior Finance Manager is a key member of our leadership team. You'll oversee the financial operations of multiple businesses, including our architecture and engineering consulting practice and our construction management company. You'll lead core finance functions such as month-end close, financial reporting, accounts payable, and financial operations while ensuring strong controls, efficient processes, and scalable practices that support our growth. We're looking for a cooperative, forward-thinking finance leader who has experience developing high-performing teams, ideally within the architecture, engineering, construction, or construction management industries. You'll be equally comfortable diving into the details of accounting and reconciliations as you're analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and providing insights that help drive strategic decisions.



Beyond strong technical expertise, you'll be passionate about improving how work gets done. You'll champion the use of technology, automation, and AI to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and create efficiencies across finance functions such as accounts payable, expense management, reconciliations, and reporting.
