This role requires collaboration with multiple teams, management of supplier relationships, and careful attention to documentation and certifications.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase parts, materials, equipment, and services from established suppliers or explore potential new vendors; Support the team in evaluating supplier options; Initiate the approval process for new suppliers as needed; Create and adjust purchase orders; Select the appropriate supplier to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery; Maintain records of purchase orders and certifications; File invoices for accounting purposes; Support the return of parts to suppliers (core return process); Establish and maintain strong commercial and contractual relationships with suppliers; Identify, analyze, and implement cost-saving opportunities; Track each request closely to minimize delays; Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams (maintenance, warehouse,
