You'll partner directly with operations and senior leadership to handle everything from hiring to compliance to employee relations. If you like building things from scratch and want real ownership, this is the role for you.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end recruiting for production, maintenance, and office rolesDraft and maintain HR policies, employment contracts, and the employee handbook in line with Ontario ESA requirementsHandle employee relations — performance management, progressive discipline, and terminationsCoach supervisors on documentation, people management, and workplace investigationsAdminister advantages and maintain accurate employee recordsSupport health and safety compliance including OHSA, WSIB, and incident reportingTrack HR metrics and report to senior leadershipDrive onboarding,
