This is a full-time hybrid position based out of Seaforth, Ontario, reporting to the Manager of Distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise customers, explain coverages, and offer tailored insurance solutionsBuild strong relationships with your assigned book of customersGenerate and action referral opportunities to grow the client book of businessProvide professional service and recommendationsWork with CSR partner to deliver policies and requests effectivelyBe the first point of contact for Claim Reporting and liaising with Claims TeamDemonstrate sound judgement through frontline underwriting and working closely with Underwriters to determine risk eligibilityParticipate in company events that support the communities we serveFind innovative and creative ways to connect with today's Mutual clientsThe ability to travel on short notice within our primary territorySuccessful candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive background checkThis role will require travel.A vehicle, valid Driver's License and insurance are required.Desired CompetenciesTo join our team,
