Senior Net Suite ConsultantLocation: 100% Remote - United States or CanadaEmployment Type: Full-Time / PermanentCompensation:United States: $90,000-$130,000 annuallyCanada: CAD $120,000-$150,000 annuallyAbout the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Senior Net Suite Consultant to support client implementations, optimization initiatives, and ongoing Net Suite transformation projects.This is a fully remote opportunity for a consultant who brings solid hands‑on Net Suite experience, a background supporting ERP implementations, and the ability to work directly with clients to translate business requirements into effective Net Suite solutions.You'll work closely with project managers, solution architects, technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.What You'll Be DoingLead and support Net Suite implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.Work directly with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and system requirements.Conduct discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design workshops.Translate business requirements into scalable Net Suite configurations and solutions.Configure Net Suite functionality based on client requirements and industry best practices.Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.Develop functional requirements, solution designs, process documentation, and configuration documentation.Lead or participate in UAT, including test planning, test scripts, issue identification, and resolution.Troubleshoot functional and system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on customizations, integrations, workflows, and automation.Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.Assist with third‑party integrations and understand how external systems interact with Net Suite.Identify opportunities to improve business processes,
