The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our network and systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This entry-level position offers the chance for growth and development within our organization. The hours/schedule for this role are weekdays, somewhere near 6pm - 3am EST.

Identify and troubleshoot network and system issues, escalating as necessary. Perform basic system and network configurations and deployments. Maintain accurate documentation of network and system configurations and changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions. Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications generated by our network and system monitoring tools. Provide timely and effective communication of network and system issues to internal and external stakeholders. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours incidents as needed.
