Our promise, is to always put our students first and ensure we meet their social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs.Westpark Daycare Centre is seeking highly committed and passionate Early Childhood Assistants for our Toddler, Preschool program.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and developing program plan in line with children's interests. Programming must be child directed and teacher supported in accordance with "How Does Learning Happen?"Support children with emotional, physical, or behavioral problems and help develop their social, emotional, cognitive and physical skillsProvide support for children in the classroom and enable them to fully participate in activitiesDaily reporting and record keeping - attendance, allergy, medication, communication logsMaintain up-to-date emergency cards, attendance, and health and safety checksWork with professionals, such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as necessarySupport children through transitions in and out of the classrooms,
