Your work ensures Flextile products are developed, produced, sourced, and delivered efficiently while meeting quality, performance, and profitability expectations.This role is ideal for a hands‑on operations and product leader who can manage both strategic priorities and day‑to‑day execution across manufacturing, lab, supply chain, and administrative functions.What You’ll DoDevelop and manage Flextile’s product portfolio strategy, including market opportunities, competitive products, and make-versus-buy decisionsLead new product development, product launches, rationalization, and lifecycle managementManage product costing, packaging, artwork, technical documentation, and product updates while monitoring industry trendsResearch, Development & QualityLead R&D activities for new and existing products, including raw material evaluation and formulation developmentOversee product testing, lab operations, quality control programs, and testing protocolsMaintain TDS/SDS documentation and ensure products meet performance, regulatory,
