The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering large-scale, operational training programs in First Responder or Public Safety environments, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and managing complex province-wide training schedules.Key Skills & Expertise:5+ years of experience delivering instructor‐led, hands‐on, and e‐learning training programsProven experience developing and executing province-wide or nation-wide training strategiesStrong experience delivering training to both technical and non‐technical audiencesExperience supporting training in 24x7 critical operational environmentsDemonstrated experience with Public Safety Radio Network (PSRN) or similar public safety systemsExperience with telecom, dispatch, radio, and emergency communication systemsStrong documentation skills, including training plans, user guides, and certification materialsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage and report against complex training project plans and schedulesExperience & Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Trainer, preferably within:Land Ambulance Dispatch CentersParamedic or Emergency Health ServicesExperience creating training material or user documentation,



preferably in Public Safety or Healthcare sectorsDemonstrated ability to plan and manage large‐scale, province‐wide training schedulesExperience working with large, multi‐disciplinary project teamsValid Ontario G‐class driver's license (or equivalent) and ability to travel extensively within OntarioResponsibilities:Deliver instructor‐led training, interactive demonstrations, and e‐learning to:9,000+ ParamedicsMinistry stakeholders, including ORNGEProvide application and product training to both technical and non‐technical usersSupport provincial project testing activities (e.G., network coverage testing, console‐to‐site testing)Develop and maintain comprehensive PSRN Training Strategies and Plans tailored to each CACCDesign, review, and ensure quality of all training and communication materialsEvaluate participant performance, administer exams/certifications, and recommend remedial trainingWork closely with Ministry of Health representatives to incorporate EHPMDB processes into training materialsCollaborate with the Training Lead to ensure project milestones, timelines, and communications are metCreate final training deliverables by integrating vendor materials with future‐state EHPMDB processesAct as a province‐wide subject matter resource for PSRN training and testing initiativesParticipate in committees and task groups related to PSRN technology training and testingIf you're interested in exploring this chance or learning more, please share your updated resume at:
