Job DescriptionBase Salary - $52,500 + Profit SharingWe are currently seeking recent or recent graduates to join ourManagement Development Program. This is a full‑time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to earn profit sharing.Successful candidates may be required to relocate within Canada to complete their training. Relocation assistance will be provided. Opportunities are available across the country.The RoleAs a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4‑phased program to learn every aspect of business operations – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development and more. You will grow a sales territory, provide world‑class customer service, and receive guidance, mentoring, and support from current managers and teammates across Canada.Program OutlinePhase 1 (12 months):Warehouse and Customer Service – Build product knowledge, gain hands‑on experience with logistics, customer service, counter sales, inventory, credit management, financial statements, and more.Phase 2 (12 months):Customer Relationships and Procurement – Transition from handling service issues to managing large‑scale projects, reading blueprint drawings, and quoting materials needed for customers’ projects.Phase 3 (15–18 months):Account Management and Proactive Sales – Focus on business development, finding new opportunities, selling products, negotiating contracts, and expanding the customer base.Phase 4 (3 months):Leadership and Operations – Lead your own team, mentor others, coach, and develop leadership competencies while setting vision and strategy for the business.Upon completion,
