You are the first line of support in a dynamic 25-bed hospital, providing peace of mind to those receiving and providing care. This position is ideal for individuals who are calm under pressure, have a strong sense of service, and are looking to build a career in professional security within a healthcare setting.Position:Casual Security GuardPay Rate:$23.69/hourOvertime:After40hoursSchedule:As neededPosting Date:September 30 2026Internal Closing Date:October 31, 2026Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols of the hospital grounds, including parking areas, hallways, and restricted units.Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any suspicious activity or security breaches.Act as a calm, professional presence during emergency situations, including medical crises or site evacuations.Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients and visitors and helping them navigate the hospital.Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and address policy violations with patience and firm, professional communication.Document daily activities and incident reports with high attention to detail and accuracy.Coordinate with hospital staff and local law enforcement to maintain a safe,
