You will also be responsible for strategic interactions with brokers and clients. Your efforts will contribute to AIG's dedication to a proficient and empathetic claims experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and develop a team of AnalystsAuthorize claims settlements exceeding Analyst limitsApprove coverage denial letters and claimsConduct monthly compliance reviews on claimsMaintain solid client and broker relationshipsRequirements:Fluent in English and French, both written and spokenExperience with Accident & Health claims or PIPStrong leadership and independent decision-making abilityExcellent communication and organizational skillsFormal education or equivalent experience in the fieldLead the way in customer-centered claims management with AIG Canada.
