This includes:Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including consultants, sales, and marketing, to drive the product strategy and roadmaps for new and existing servicesConducting research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape and opportunities for product innovationMonitoring product performance and KPIs, analyze data to make informed decisions and iterate on product features based on feedbackPartnering with the Marketing and Commercialization teams to develop pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, sales training and marketing collateral to promote Cybersecurity servicesDeveloping a deep understanding of emerging global Cybersecurity trends and technologies by leveraging competitive landscape research, gathering voice of the customer data and analyzing market reports to create winning business casesTaking a lead role in cross-functional teams to translate new product ideas and strategies into successful offerings and business opportunities for our customersQualifications What you bring You are likely in a similar product role today, with many of the following abilities and experience points:Proven 5+ years as a Product Manager in a technology focused offering, or equivalent experienceYou are valued for your visionary approach, leadership and communication skillsYou bring professional collaboration skills,



with a demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed organizationYou are known for strong analytics and problem-solving, with the ability to interpret data and market insights to make strategic product decisionsYou have experience with building solid financial models and compelling business casesAs a noted communicator and presenter, you articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fieldGreat-to-haves We are especially motivated to connect with individuals with the following great to haves:An ever updated understanding of existing Cybersecurity technologies and offers, including SSE, MDR solutions, Cloud-based security, security risk management, information event management (SIEM), and other similar security technologiesCybersecurity accreditations such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or similarExperience with Automation and AIPlease note: This work can be performed from or near any major centre across Canada.Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
