Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor for a fast-paced manufacturing environment located within a 30-minute commute of Woodbridge, Ontario.Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading daily production activities within a designated area of the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output to meet customer demand. This role plays a key part in driving team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.ShiftMonday to Thursday4:30 pm – 2:30 am (evening shift)Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise production activities to achieve daily and weekly performance targetsProvide hands‑on leadership to develop, engage, and support hourly team membersFoster a solid culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to improve yield, reduce waste,
