At Scarborough Toyota, we aim to provide exceptional customer service and build long lasting relationships with our customers and co-workers.As an Automotive Technician, a typical day might include the following:Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair to shop specificationsReview damage reports, prepare and review repair cost estimates and plan work to be performedDiagnoses and effects repairs of transmissions, clutches, front/rear axles, differentials, brake systems, drive lines, etcDiagnoses cause of malfunction, utilizing all available resourcesRepair or replace mechanical units or componentsMaintain records of maintenance performed, parts and supplies usedPerform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or factory standardsExplain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customersCoach and instruct apprenticesFollow warranty policies and procedures on all warranty workInspect repaired vehicles for proper completion of work, dimensional accuracy,
