This role provides day-to-day workflow management, Leadership to central fill staff, and delivers business objectives. The supervisor partners with the pharmacy manager to deliver exceptional service and quality products.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enforce all compounding SOPs and quality procedures, ensuring compliance with OCP, NAPRA, and USP standardsOversee daily sterile and non-sterile compounding operations for Central FillVerify accuracy, labeling, and beyond-use dating of compounded productsKeep the compounding room(s), equipment and inventory clean and organizedEnsure proper handling, storage, and documentation of all ingredients and hazardous drugsTrain, coach, and supervise compounding technicians and assistantsEnsure staff are qualified, competency-assessed, and compliant with proceduresManage workflow to meet production demandsManage relationships with central fill customers (pharmacies)Maintain pricing, shipping,
