This position involves teaching Math, English Language Arts, ADST, Science, and Physical & Health Education in Grades 1 and 2, fostering a love of learning through the rich and developmentally attuned Waldorf curriculum.The successful candidate will bring a deep commitment to Waldorf education, strong classroom leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. A passion for teaching, a warm and grounded presence, and clear communication with students, colleagues, and families are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver daily lessons across core subjects, aligned with both the Waldorf curriculum and BC Ministry of Education learning outcomesPrepare and maintain a well-ordered, nurturing classroom environmentAssess and document student progress,
