OverviewCorpay is currently hiring a DevOps Engineer in our Buyatab division, focused on the Gift Card line of business in Vancouver, Canada. You will report to the DevOps Team Lead and collaborate with high‑performing Agile development teams to build and develop scalable, high‑traffic eCommerce solutions hosted on a cloud platform.Role ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and deploy AWS infrastructure changes that improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and deployment velocity.Work closely with software development teams to design, automate, and support AWS‑based infrastructure and deployment pipelines.Design and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent, safe, and repeatable deployments.Collaborate with engineering teams to define infrastructure, deployment, and operational requirements early in the development lifecycle.Monitor and proactively address infrastructure issues, escalating and proposing solutions when necessary.Contribute to infrastructure standards, best practices, and documentation.Build solid working relationships across teams and with external partners, communicating infrastructure needs clearly and effectively.Required Qualifications and SkillsDegree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.3–5 years of experience in an Agile software development environment.3–5 years of experience building, operating, and supporting AWS infrastructure.Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as VPC, EC2, Lambda, IAM, Route 53, S3, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (e.G.,



CloudFormation or Terraform).Experience enabling and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeDeploy, or CircleCI.Practical experience with Git, Docker, and deploying applications to AWS environments.Solid understanding of networking concepts and Linux and/or Windows Server administration.Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools (e.G., PowerShell DSC, Chef, Ansible).Experience enabling and using metrics, logging, and monitoring within cloud infrastructure.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices and cloud security controls.Experience with Gerrit Code Review.Exposure to high‑traffic or customer‑facing production systems.Soft SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts clearly.Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.A pragmatic DevOps mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Benefits and PerksComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision,

This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
